This week’s theme: DETERMINATION
One wouldn’t think the following image is determination. But I’m due in a little over 2 weeks to have my second child. I did not want my child seeing ugly feet when she came out. And I didn’t want to go and get my feet done simply because I’m NOT a feet person at all. Like at all…I think feet are gross. Don’t get me wrong, I love me a pedi. But when you are almost 38 weeks pregnant and your feet look like water balloons and your hormones are on an ultimate high, I did not want to go get my feet done and rubbed and looked at. Yuck! I’m not into foot massages either so it would be pointless to go get a pedi. So for the very first time I asked my husband to touch my feet and paint them. I have NEVER EVER asked him to rub my feet or even paint them. But I just had to. Just to paint them. Rubbing is not cool. That is determination. Like it or not.
